Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us — the company name and work email you submit through the diagnostic results form, and the name, email, company, and message you submit through the contact form. We do not buy data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible / Umami) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. Measurement is anonymous and aggregated.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The Structural Diagnostic stores your in-progress answers and your result in your browser's local storage so the tool works and your report can be displayed. That data never leaves your device unless you submit the form. We also store your language preference locally to send you to the right version of the site.

Third-party services

When you submit the results form or the contact form, your message is stored directly in our own database (Neon Postgres) and used solely to respond to your request — no third-party form processor is involved. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

How we use your data

We use the email and company name you submit to send the requested report and to follow up about your structural assessment, and the details you send through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have shared at any time. Send the request to the contact below and we will action it.
